Are you preparing a celebration or event? During such planning, many questions may arise. Here you will find answers to the most common ones. We are happy to assist you with anything else - do not hesitate to contact us.
What is included in the rental of the inflatable attraction?
You don’t need to worry, with the attraction rental from us, you’ll receive everything you’ll need. The rental of the attraction includes:
- Inflation device – blower
- Mat for entry and exit at the attraction
- Power cable for connection to electricity
- Pegs for securing the attraction
Will I be able to set up the attraction by myself?
Absolutely! There’s nothing complicated about setting up and operating the inflatable attraction. You can check out our simple guide HERE.
Our staff will explain everything to you and assist you upon delivery. Additionally, we are available by phone at (+420 605 833 883), where we’ll be happy to help you with anything at any time.
Do you require a deposit?
We do not require a deposit. Payment will be made against the issued invoice upon delivery or return of the attraction. Payment can be made by bank transfer, in cash, or using a QR code for instant payment.
What if the event is canceled? What about bad weather?
Unfortunately, the attraction cannot be operated in the rain. In the event of bad weather, we stay in contact with you and the rental can be canceled up to the day before the event without any penalty. If this does not occur, the event will be considered confirmed under the pre-agreed conditions.
In the case of only the threat of rain showers, we will provide you with a waterproof tarpaulin that can be placed over the inflated attraction to protect it from the rain. After the rain shower ends, the attraction can be immediately used again.
Does the attraction need to be constantly inflated?
Yes. Don’t worry about the attraction bursting or deflating. Thanks to the breathable seams and folds, the attraction remains constantly inflated. It stays inflated throughout the entire period of use.
Where can I pick up the attraction?
You can find our warehouse at Široká 241/25, 251 01 Říčany. Our staff will always be available on-site for pickup and return at the agreed upon time.
When can I pick up the castle?
The castle can be picked up anytime by prior arrangement at our warehouse address: Široká 241/25, 251 01 Říčany. If needed, feel free to call us at +420 605 833 883, and we’ll arrange according to your needs.

We utilized the services of HappyTimes agency for the celebration of our brigade's 140th anniversary. From the first phone call to the realization and payment of services, specifically the rental of the Crazy slide, everything went without the slightest problem. Everything we agreed upon held true! Despite being troubled by rain showers during the event, the staff did everything possible to keep the attraction in operation. In practice, this meant quickly packing and covering the attraction several times a day so that it could be back in operation immediately after the rain.
